What to Expect
Throughout each session, there will be partnered and individual exercises. Warm up and cool down will take place as a pair. During individual exercises, the female client with go with the female trainer and the male client with go with the male trainer. This is when each client will be able to get one-on-one attention that is catered to his or her individual goals.
