Brianna is the administrative assistant and Body Sculpting instructor at Compass Point Fitness. She graduated from Life University with her BS in Exercise Science. Now after graduating, she is obtaining her MS in Positive Psychology with a focus on life and health&wellness coaching. Brianna is a strong believer in staying fit and active because it helps balance both mental and physical aspects of life. Being a former athlete, she knows how important commitment and patience is when trying to reach any fitness goal.
